Returns
For an item to be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unworn, or unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached. We have a 30-day return policy, meaning the item is eligible for return within 30 days of the item being delivered.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@qgsports.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase/return form/receipt, new mailing label and mail your return to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your are approved, your refund will automatically be credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Damages and issues
If you received your order and it was the wrong item, or delivered defective/damaged, please contact us immediately at info@qgsports.us to make it right.
